Mr. Boughman is Of Counsel in the Colorado office. He primarily practices civil litigation with a focus in motions practice, case analysis, research and appeals. Mr. Boughman has served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado from 1986 to 1988, when he entered private practice and he also served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael R. Enwall, District Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado from 1984 to 1985.
