Mr. Battin is the managing partner at BoiesBattin, LLP and has vast experience in complex litigation. Mr. Battin’s cases have spanned numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, food additives, financial services, vitamins, and computer-based products. For decades, he has litigated antitrust and consumer protection claims in state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Battin has served as lead or co-lead counsel in many of these cases, successfully recovering hundreds of millions of dollars.
Mr. Battin, a recognized authority on the prosecution of class actions, has lectured on various issues of complex litigation, including coordination between attorneys general and private lawyers in class cases. He currently resides in Florida, and when not pursuing corporate malfeasance he enjoys spending time on the water and studying history.
